The closest thing in QA is the "Replace Template Parameters" option which
pops up a window to input values which then replace placeholders in a
template. But that's a very basic, limited tool, and QA isn't really
intended for end users - it's a development/DBA tool. If you need to build a
GUI, then the best solution is probably going to be the tool or language you
have most experience with, eg. Access, C#, VB, ASP etc. I believe that
Access is a common tool for building front ends for MSSQL applications, but
I've never used it for that myself.
