You used a libc6 development package to build the fglrx package that does
not correspond to the libc6 package used by your system.
Use the etch provided libc6 development package to build a new fglrx
package and everything should work fine.
To build such packages, it is always important to double check your
repositories and avoid using foreign development packages that mess up
your results.
