Yes, pstat(2) system calls are the equivalent of the "/proc"
filesystem you see in Linux and Solaris. These system calls are
invoked by tools such as ps, top, uptime, fuser, vmstat, etc.
Regarding your question on whether there is an all in one, application
which integrates all this data, there is one, but it is not free.

GlancePlus (Terminal-UI) / GlancePlus Motif (Graphical UI) is a
performance monitoring tool which can do this for you. You can find
