I cannot access any of my devices. The only device I can access is the
Hard Disk which Slackware is installed on. All the devices I have
tried including my flash drive, my DVD ROM drive, and my phone I
cannot get into. I have tried to access them on KDE, XFCE, Fluxbox &
Blackbox & all of them say the same thing. I am logged in as root, so
I should have access to them. This has not happened on other OSs. How
do I get access the Devices? Here is the message that comes up when I
try to access them;

A security policy in place prevents this sender from sending this
message to this recipient, see message bus configuration file
(rejected message had interface
"org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume"member"Mount"er ror name "(unset)"
destination "org.freedesktop.Hal")
