Afaik, NO database mails. It's not it's task. Then again, almost no
database is filled by a user with direct access. You're not looking for a
database with certain qualities, you're looking for a piece of script or
application with certain qualities (which my be tied in with a certain
type of database, or be able to work with several ones at the users desire.
