We have DB2 ESE V8.2 on aix5l box.
I found on the aix box, DB2 has a lot files under /proc.
You can see from the following:

dr-xr-xr-x 1 root system 0 Mar 17 13:44 0
/proc #

What are those files for?
As a DBA, I have any ideal on those files.
