I had previously had the ~amd64 kde and it entered dependency hell where there
were going to be 30 packages I had to also add ~amd64 one at a time to bring it
up to date. Instead, I removed all the ~amd64s, and reverted to the stable
version. I compiled the kde-meta, and build about 30 packages.


Something strange I noticed: it is just the 'system' icon on the desktop
that is hosed and bringing up fsview. I can still open a "system:/media" icon
and get konqueror to open it.
