Hi,
I have Ubuntu 7.10 running on my PC. Of late when I try to access the
terminals(Command line) by pressing Ctrl +Alt F1 to F7 - the display
goes to stand by mode. Its been about two weeks since I installed
Ubuntu and intially while the terminals worked the resolution was very
poor -even though in the display settings it was set to 1024 by 768.
Any pointers would be helpful.
