Greetings!

Trying to finish an install for IDS 9.21 on Linux but getting WARNING:
Network Down message.
The log shows the following entry:
Get Shadow Passworkd for user [informix] faild!
Check for password aging/account lock-out.
listener-thread: err = -951: oserr = 0: errstr = informix: Incorrect
password or user informix is not known on the database server.
Strange install was working at first. Any ideas will be apprciated.
