Thankfully the word 'flagship' is missing. This must be a special page made
just for the IIUG.

Try it yourself, start at www.ibm.com and see if you can link to the same
page the IIUG link points to. It's as if they gave the IIUG a link that
isn't shown if you come in the front page.

Taking the front page you end up here:

Slightly different but it's a dead end--you can't find a link to
