In your dreams....
The IIUG said:
"IDS 10 - IBM's flagship database for pure OLTP and Industrial-strength, embedded computing"
Unh? What's the problem?
It's not on the website if you follow the front-page through products.
I did find it if you take the IIUG link:
http://www-306.ibm.com/software/data/informix/ids10/
Informix® Dynamic Server (IDS) Version 10.0 is IBM's newest data server for
pure OLTP and industrial-strength, embedded computing.
Thankfully the word 'flagship' is missing. This must be a special page made
just for the IIUG.
:-)
Try it yourself, start at
www.ibm.com and see if you can link to the same
page the IIUG link points to. It's as if they gave the IIUG a link that
isn't shown if you come in the front page.
Taking the front page you end up here:
http://www-306.ibm.com/software/data/informix/ids/
Slightly different but it's a dead end--you can't find a link to
http://www-306.ibm.com/software/data/informix/ids10/
Very sneaky! Throw 'em a bone!
