If you are on the front page
(http://www.ibm.com/software/data/informix/ids/) you have to
follow the "IDS V10.0 is here"-graphic on the right side and then
you will be on the page that the IIUG referenced.

Anyway, the flagship has definetely, gone.
Just another lie hitting the loyal informix
customer base deeply in the heart.

However they changed the text on the above page under "Overview":
