Well I can tell you that at the very minum the following are available

4GL 7.32.xC3 (ie both UC and FC)
CSDK 2.90.xC4
cisam 7.26.xC1
IDS 10.00.FC6W3


Except for the instance, there may be later versions available, the above is just what I happen to have on hand.
