Perhaps I am misunderstanding the licensing page on IBM's website. But
what I read is:

"An IBM Rational Authorized User license allows a single, specific
individual to use an IBM Rational product." and that license is $900
for a single year.

When I look at the corresponding Oracle pricing I see $800 for:
"Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Named User Plus Perpetual[$800.00]

What am I misunderstanding?
