You can run IE in Linux with wine:
http://www.winehq.org/

Or you can run the whole windows in Linux with VMware.
I've made instructions to put it in openSUSE:

There's also VirtualBox, included in openSUSE which does the same thing.
I've been happy with VMware, so I've got no experience with the latter.

I'd reckon just for the browser, use Wine
