I don't interface with Oracle support as often as Sun and I have
had to escalate TARs for Oracle for Solaris x86 and Oracle for
Solaris x64 bugs, but Sun support's self-service website is
frequently broken and I have had to send snail mail to
Jonathan Schwartz to get service orders resolved.
How has your experience with Oracle and Sun differed?
