Well I follow up my own question.
The routing was correct as it was. Testing it with a Slack 12 box it worked
as it should!?!? But the Windos clients did not work.
So I had to go over all clients and change the value of the Default Gateway
to empty so it could take the new value. ( old value 192.168.1.1, new value
192.168.1.250 )
Of some reason the problem was in XP holding the old value after restart...
But my problem is solved.
