Apology for my previous less-than-helpful reply ...

My point was (less tersely) if you're going to go all the way through
with documenting the process for someone (beyond vendor pubs), you
should actually be familiar with it; step through it all w/ the same or
nearly similar configuration. Knowing and relating the subtlies and
potential gotchas is extrememly helpful.

The SBU 5.5 PDF docs are at http://docs.sun.com/db/coll/863.1 and the
Admin guide has a section specifically on changers. You might be able
to pull most everything you need from there.
