For that, I think, you'll need to contact a lawyer. Bring the Veritas
licensing agreement with you along with your checkbook. That's the only
way you'll get anything of value that's not "word of mouth".
Then again, the judge in the resulting litigation just might side with
Veritas. You won't know until the end.
Your desire for "facts" when it comes to "legalities" seems to be an
oxymoron (at least to me).
