Solaris 9 would run fine on that box.

Indeed, the sun4m architecture is not supported by Solaris 10.

I have a SPARCserver 5 with 70 Mhz that runs BIND with more than 100
frequently used zones, handles more than 50.000 emails per day, and
serves a dozen domains per HTTP (Apache). It survived even happily
a severe attack where an accidently open relay in our network forwarded
tons of emails through this server which led to a load level > 100.
Even then my shells on that box where still responsive.
(But it took nearly 2 hours today to compile BIND 8.4.6-REL on that box).
