I have a SUn Java Workstation W2100z with the Supplemental ISO 2.5
Bios applied. The problem I have is that the mouse stutters around HD
access and itermittently. I'd like to know what the ticket says the
solution is.

Since I've applied all of the various patches that are available
through sunSolve (all freely downloadable) and scanned the forum
database without luck, I either need to clear the CMOS, apply a
special bios patch, upgrade the adaptec SCSI firmware or apply an OS
patch.

Come to think of it, everything at sunsolve is freely
available...except this one ticket and phone support. I don't need
phone support, technical support or the like, I just need some kind
soul out there who is willing to help a student tell me what the
solution described in the ticket is.
