Per the document you asked about the problem is fixed in BIOS version R01-B4
S3 which is on Supplemental CD 2.2.
If you installed BIOS version R01-B5 S1 off Supplemental CD 2.5, then this
should have resolved the problem.
Make sure the flash actually took or flash it again. Otherwise there may be
some other problem with the machine.
The document you referenced claims the issue is totally BIOS related and is
resolved with a BIOS upgrade.
Before the fix came out for the BIOS the workaround was to replace all the
fans.
