Do you have just a plain Sun Online Account, or is it connected to a
Sun Service Plan ($$$) ? For Solaris 10, you will not be able to
download all patches unless you have a Sun Service Plan, and it's
connected to your Sun Online Account. You can verify this on the
SunSolve web page ("Edit Account", after logging in).

Try "./pca -d -a missings". It should successfully download all missing
security patches; these are available without a Sun Service Plan.

You can always run pca with its "-V" option to generate debug output.
It will show you how and why wget fails. Feel free to send me the
debug output by e-mail for further investigation.
