I am trying to install an LSI Logic 20160 SCSI HBA into an Ultra 10
without success. After installing the card, I powered up the machine
without any drives attached. At the OpenBoot prompt, I issued the
show-devs command. There is no information displayed about the card
nor is there even a record of a card being installed in that slot.
The LSI Logic support page states that Sun SPARC machines require
OpenBoot version 3.0 or higher. The machine currently has OpenBoot
version 3.25. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in
