Default Trouble installing of Solaris 10 in new UltraSparc machine

Hi,

Im trying to install a Solaris 10 OS in a Sun Fire v240 machine.

First I introduced a clear SCSI HDD and the Installation DVD in the
DVD PCI device. Whe I did 'boot' in the OPROM prompt it seemed 'Bad
magic nuber in disk label. Cant open disk label package.
Evaluating: .
Cant open boot device'. When I did 'boot cdrom' it answered 'Boot
device: /pci@1e600000/ide@d/cdrom 0,0 f File and args: . Boot: cannot
open kernel/sparcv9/unix Enter filename [kernel/sparcv9/unix]:'

Then I formatted the HDD into a ufs format. And now when I do again
'boot cdrom' it answered me 'Boot device: /pci@1e600000/ide@d/cdrom
0,0 f File and args: . Boot: cannot open kernel/sparcv9/unix Enter
filename [kernel/sparcv9/unix]:

SCSI HDD and IDE DVD are correctly connected. Installation CD Solaris
10 is original.

'probe-scsi-all' recognize me in the Unit 0 the HDD inside it.

'probe-ide' recognize me in Primary Master the DVD unit.

I have tried with 'devalias', and it appears a list of devices with
its logical and its corresponding symbolic name.

I read that Minimum Supported Solaris[tm] Operating Environment
Versions are:
8 - 7/03 w/ patch 109885-15 or later
9 - 12/03
10

I even proved with a original Solaris 8 and Solaris 9 installation CD
with the same results...

How can I do a correct installation of Solaris?? Whats the problem
with booting the cdrom?? Are there another alternative??

Thanks for all.
