It's worth looking at /var/adm/messages too. As you can see, I had a
problem back in April, which thankfully was fixed by replacing a
couple of DIMMs. Over 3 months now since I had a corrected memory
error, so given Sun say about 3/day is acceptable, I think I'm okay.
You can see I did get as many as 1508 errors in one day, but the
system still worked okay.

SunVTS is another option. However, I can't get that to work under
Solaris 9 and since I don't have a support contract, I can't download
the required patch. It's possible it might be fixed if I used a later
version of Solaris, but I can't be bothered to mess about doing that.
