I would think that 15" would be unlikely. I have a 17" NEC on my
sparcstation 10.
However as some one says elsewhere you may need to adjust the settings for
type.
On the SparcStation 10 you can set the res in the OpenBoot params. Might be
worth trying a terminal emulator.
