Solaris 2.5.1 is the last supported OS. I've heard that you can run
later versions if you don't actually need VME.
2.5.1 should be full SMP and use all 4 cpus. Even SunOS 4.1.3_U1 could
make full use of all 4 cpus; the only limitation was that only a single
processor could do kernel work at any given time.
Note that some 670's have Ross HyperSPARC processors rather than Sun
SuperSPARC. I'm not sure when, or if, support for these was included
on the standard Solaris CD. Not an issue if you really have 390Z55.
