Just noticed that everytime the disk is accessed, these errors get
logged in /var/adm/messages:
Feb 2 20:57:29 localhost scsi: [ID 107833 kern.warning] WARNING: /iommu@f,e0000000/sbus@f,e0001000/espdma@f,400000/esp@f,800000/sd@1,0 (sd1):

Feb 2 20:57:29 localhost scsi: [ID 107833 kern.notice] ASC: 0x4 (LUN not ready), ASCQ: 0x0, FRU: 0x2
Does this mean this is a dead drive? Wouldn't surprise me considering
how the drive was shipped.
Any explanations and/or suggestions on this problem are greatly
appreciated.
Thanks.
