1. Check if memory on SUN PCi is in sockets.

Is supported memory installed?
You can attach external monitor on SUN PCi vga port
to diagnose if system is OK.

2. Upgrade firmware on SUN PCi + OBP.

All info is written in SunPCI 1.3 documentation.
