I have an HP 9000 827S. I am unable to find any documentation on the
web or at HP's site and I have a few questions that are too basic for
the FAQ. I would like to know:

How do you connect a serial cable in order to boot the unit? Can I
put some sort of plug adapter on a modem cable, as I do with my MicroVAX?

What version of HP-UX will it run?

Is the RAM compatible with RAM from an Apollo 700 series (it fits in
the socket)?

What processor does it have? How fast is it? In other words, is this
unit worth the trouble to get it running or is it scrap?
