AIX only. I don't think Linux has any device driver for the SSA stuff.

Not sure. You'd have to ask your authorized IBM reseller for that, since
it varies and licensing terms sometimes changes.

Good news is, the H50 is still supported by AIX 5.3 (current version).

So, yes, it is still orderable for AIX and a license.
