Didn't work, unfortunately, error message says the CD is not
rockridge. I read all the relevant man pages, tried differnet
pfs_mount and mount options but no luck. As a work-around I'll think
I'll just have the admins mount the dvd on Linux and rsync it back to
the HP-UX machine. I do have rsync for HP-UX installed, in fact that's
how I got the data off in the first place.
Is their command line DVD burning software for HP?
CD and DVD file formats are hellish, thanks to all the competing
vendors that want to impose *their* standards on the rest of us. I
could only imagine what wireless would be like if non-802.11
propietory standards had prevailed to the same extent.
