We've had problems, but nothing unusual. Service Processor problems are nasty,
something as simple as a loose SvP cable can cause lots of random and bizarre
issues. After out initial setup issues similar to yours it has worked flawlessly
(2x570's in house).

This system wasn't in production was it? I've never had a 'critical' system get
left broken for more than the time it took parts to get couriered in. But yes,
that's not a good way to get introduced to the 570.
