All,

I am trying to install sdk on AIX node. I downloaded a tar.gz file from
IBM website and I uncompressed it and untarred it.
This is what I have now:
-rw-r--r-- 1 2715 300 68671488 Nov 29 12:36 Java5.sdk
-rw-r----- 1 root system 68679680 Dec 02 15:17 Java5.sdk.tar

When I do a "file" on these files, this is what I get:

Java5.sdk: backup/restore format file
Java5.sdk.tar: tar archive

Now, how do I install the Jav5.sdk?
