It would be better to hire locals, and get the developers to train them.
After all, who knows more about the solution or implementation than the
developers who wrote the programs?

If you want Inc, then
- IBM Inc.
- Sun Inc.
- HP Inc.
- Redhat Inc.
comes to mind. To these days, nobody got fired for choosing IBM. :-)
