Ok, I installed the 2.6.6 kernel and now have vfat working! I can
read the fat32 partition but... I suspect the previous error messages
held some merit because when I do "ls /mnt/win" I see a ton of weird
characters (mostly question marks) but I can also see my directory
structure. Once I change into one of these dirs, the garbage goes
away. I guess I should probably submit a bug report.
