The installation CD's include an upgrade option. They can be found on
various RedHat mirror sites listed at www.redhat.com. But your friend should
*really* think about updating to Fedora, for security reasons. Even if your
friend needs to upgrade their hard drive as well, it's possible to duplicate
the hard drive and do the update on that larger duplicate instead.
