Hi All,

I have had some success and at least it boots.

options on kernel (grub.conf) apm=off acpi=off
(Hardware was VIA chipset - Pentium III/800Mhz, Tyan1854 MB)

One of these is probably default in any case but I was more
concerned to see if my installation media is OK instead
of whether I make this particular machine work.

Installed on my prime machine no problems and also dual boots
XP Pro no problems.
