3151 Setup.

You haven't given the precise Type-Model (e.g. 3151-51 or -510) and keyboard
(e.g. 101-key PS/2 U.S.) being used, but using CTRL+V will scroll down, if
that's what you need. Otherwise, check your 3151's setup and post the
Type-Model, keyboard type and layout and the settings in use. Also see:
