I finally went out and bought an external modem. Suse recognizes it and
all seems good. How do I get online? I start Konquerer, but nothing
happens. I am still suspecting I bought a winmodem. Is there any dial
program to see if my modem works under linux? Just for curio, I plugged
the modem into my laptop, and am sending this message from win xp, so
the modem works. Please help.s
