I try to install DBDesigner but there is an error:

[andrea@dhcppc1 ~]$ /opt/DBDesigner4/DBDesigner4
libborqt-6.9-qt2.3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[andrea@dhcppc1 ~]$

How can resolve it?
I try to lanch it also by root.
