Ahh. I'm afraid I'd have to dig into the dotfiles of a former employer to
give you the exact answer. Since I no longer work there, it might be, ummmm.
Inappropriate to dig directly for those. Are you sure you can't work from
the web references?

If reading and mastering such net-based documentation is beyond your current
expertise, I've got to ask, why are you using Emacs for mail rather than a
more comfortable email environment, such as Thunderbird or Evolution?
