Ignore my other. That was totally dumb. Obviously you are passed the stage of
having the files.

First, make sure you did the media check. I have RH9 pass the media check and
still not install so that is no guarantee.

Second. let me say I could never install RH9 making it the worst and have had
three problems with FC6 installs making it the second worst while all the rest
have been clean and trouble free. I finally did get FC6 installed by starting
over rather than upgrading from FC5 and restoring everything as backups. I
should have stuck with 4.

Third if all else fails try a new file download and burning again and retrying.
That seemed to help with RH9 switching back and forth between two burns but in
the end failed so you might want to skip this possibility.

Fourth, FC4 was an absolutely clean and trouble free install and if all else
fails I suggest going back to that until FC7 comes along. I did not try FC5 so
cannot comment on it.

Myself I went from RH5.x through RH8 and jumped to FC4 and now FC6 and regret
moving forward to FC6. I did the RH installs on three machines of widely
differing origins so was not riding a string of luck from one source.

Also one presumes you have plain vanilla hardware which the mention of the MB
satisfies but is there anything exotic involved? Not that I can comment on the
exotic as I only buy when prices have settled because things are plain vanilla.
Exotic means you were first in line to buy so the software folks have caught up
with its quirks.

And as a last desperate suggestion try unplugging one or more of the SATAs and
try again or download the latest Enterprise version and see if that can handle
them all. You do not have an expected civilian configuration.
