When debian was installing, I chose no configuration at this time when it
came to setting up exim4 because I had no idea how to set it up.

How do I get it to re-run the configuration?

'dpkg-reconfigure exim4' gets me nothing at all, it appears busy for a sec,
then dies

I'd like to get it configured so that it can replace the Mercury32 mail
server I've got running in windows so that I can spend more time in the
debian partition without having the mail server unavailable.
