sudo mkdir /mnt/tmp
sudo mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/tmp orw,userid=Kanotix

*from a virtual terminal*
do;
mkdir /mnt/tmp
mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/tmp orw,userid=Kanotix

replace 'Kanotix' with your Username
