You will have to unmirror one of the disks and make one free , And if
I am right there is a nim command ( for eg:- nimadm which I used for
upgrading to 5.2) where in you need to specify what type of
upgradation and the destination disks, which will clone by itself to
the targeted disks and perform the upgrade on it.
