The answer is yes... I'm not sure if you can do much virtualization with
the Intellistation (workstation-class) boxes, but any other p5 system
ought to support virtualization of CPU, memory, and I/O to some greater or
lesser extent based on optional feature codes activated...

If you don't plan to buy a Hardware Management Console (HMC) to control
the partitioning of resources, your choices will be more limited...
