Had to repalce a bad FC adapter in a Regatta p670. Now after I run cfgmgr I
get the error

Method error (/usr/lib/methods/cfgefc -l fcs0 ):
0514-049 Error getting VPD for a device.

Tried a diff adapter and same thing. wehn I run lsdev -C |grep FCS I get
this and cannot get FCS0 out of Defined state, any idea why?

fcs0 Defined 5V-08 FC Adapter
fcs2 Available 6V-08 FC Adapter
