Nope, you don't need to go 4.4.1 HAS to 4.4.1 ES first. Just 4.3.1 HAS
to 4.4.1 HAS to 5.1.

HACMP 5.1 is the latest level of HACMP. HACMP 5.2 does not exist yet,
however as above, no, you don't need to be ES first before going to
HACMP 5.1.
