You don't need oss706c to change DST. Just edit /etc/TIMEZONE from
TZ='PST8PDT'
to
TZ='PST8PDT7,M3.2.0/2:00,M11.1.0/2:00'
and reboot.

For what else oss706 does see
ftp.sco.com/pub/openserver6/600/patches/oss706c/oss706c.ltr.

FWIW I've been running oss706a w/o issue although I don't use kcv or
Foxpro.
